We represent and provide guidance to commercial lenders and borrowers in a wide range of transactions both secured and unsecured. This includes project finance, real estate finance, aircraft finance, equipment leasing, debentures, derivative transactions, asset securitisation, debt restructuring (corporate and sovereign), bond issues (corporate and sovereign) loan syndications and participations, security sharing agreements. We have acted on behalf of national governments, banks, merchant banks, development banks, trust companies, unit trusts and represent these financial institutions in the full range of their fiduciary and trustee functions. We draft, negotiate and review trust deeds for bond issues, paying agency and subscription agreements. We also advise on pension fund issues.
